Phillips Seminary Offers Mail-In Ballot Notary Service

Phillips Theological Seminary joins ACTION Tulsa’s Notary Day, June 27 from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Saturday.

COVID 19 has made voting more challenging and many voters have requested an absentee ballot. The notary service is free. All absentee ballots must be at the election board by 7 p.m. June 30, election day.

The seminary is at 901 N. Mingo Road in Tulsa. Voters should bring their completed ballot, sealed in the envelope marked “Ballots,” the placed and sealed in the affidavit envelope. DO NOT SIGN the affidavit envelope until you are in the presence of the notary. You will also need to have a photo ID (your voter registration card will not work for this).

Also, remember early voting is available at the Tulsa County Election Board on Thursday, June 25, 8 a.m.–6 p.m.; Friday, June 26, 8 a.m.–6 p.m., and Saturday, June 27, 9 a.m.–2 p.m.
